Ashleigh Byrley, CDR, currently serves as Practice Director at SCM Talent Group, an executive search firm specializing in supply chain recruitment. Prior to this role, Ashleigh held various positions in talent acquisition and management at Eastman as Global Talent Acquisition Manager and Global Talent Acquisition Sourcing Manager, as well as at The Lubrizol Corporation as Diversity Program Manager - Talent Sourcing. Ashleigh also contributed as Senior Talent Acquisition Leader at Aleris, supporting recruitment for senior technical roles across North America. Earlier experience includes key roles at Belcan and Apex Systems, focusing on engineering services and recruitment.
