Chih-Cheng Chang is a doctoral student at SCK CEN since January 2020, focusing on Nuclear Engineering Technology/Technician. Prior to this role, Chih-Cheng served in a Substitute Military Service position with the Veterans Affairs Council from December 2018 to November 2019. Chih-Cheng's educational background includes a Master of Science degree in Materials Science & Engineering from National Cheng Kung University, obtained in 2018, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Material & Mineral Resource Engineering from National Taipei University of Technology, completed in 2016. Currently enrolled at Université catholique de Louvain, Chih-Cheng is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy degree, expected to be completed in 2024.
