Mary Shirley is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in leading compliance programs across various sectors. Currently serving as the VP and Chief Compliance Officer at ScionHealth since September 2024, Mary also holds adjunct professorships at George Mason University and Fordham University School of Law, co-teaching courses on Compliance Law and overseeing capstone projects for graduating students, respectively. Previously, Mary held notable positions including Head of Compliance at Masimo, where leadership was provided for a $2 billion organization; and Head of Culture of Integrity and Compliance Education at Fresenius Medical Care, focusing on program enhancement and training initiatives. With a robust background in building and managing compliance functions globally, including leadership roles at Aggreko and Tata Communications, Mary has a strong foundation in anti-corruption practices and legal compliance. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Laws degree from Victoria University of Wellington.
