Braden Busch, CDR, is an accomplished leader in executive recruitment with extensive experience in the nonprofit sector. Since August 2006, Braden has served as the Director of Executive Recruitment at Scion Staffing, focusing on retained executive searches for nonprofit leadership roles while managing a team of associates. Prior to this role, Braden co-founded Nonprofit Search, transforming it from an LLC into a thriving full-service staffing firm with a diverse team and multiple divisions. Additional experience includes positions at AppleOne, Corestaff Services, STARTEK, and Suite Options, where Braden developed expertise in staffing and human resources. Braden holds a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from the University of Oregon.
