Vid Lekovac is currently the Chief Operating Officer at SciNote, where responsibilities encompass identifying client needs, facilitating software usage, and ensuring customer success through effective communication and problem-solving. Prior experience includes roles as VP of Customer Success and Customer Success Manager at SciNote, as well as Senior Technical Support Specialist at Telekom Slovenije, providing customer support in telecommunications. Vid also contributed to the marketing department of the non-profit student organization Management Group and served as an analyst at Peithos, focusing on knowledge requirements in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from the University of Ljubljana and ongoing studies in Entrepreneurship at IEDC - Bled School of Management.
