Masih Sadeghi has a diverse work experience in the field of biotechnology and chemistry. Masih started as an Analytical Chemist at NewChem Technologies Limited in 2009 and worked there until 2011. In 2015, Masih worked as a Contract Researcher at Newcastle University for a few months. Then, Masih joined GSK in 2016 and held two roles sequentially: Senior Scientist - Global API from January to October 2016, and Senior Research Scientist - Biotechnology from October 2016 to May 2022. Currently, Masih is the Head of Biocatalysis at Scindo starting in May 2022.

Masih Sadeghi completed an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology in the years 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2015, they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Synthetic Organic Chemistry from Newcastle University. Their educational journey began at Newcastle University as well, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Medicinal Chemistry from 2007 to 2009. In addition to their degrees, Masih Sadeghi achieved certification as a Member of the Royal Society of Chemistry from the Royal Society of Chemistry in August 2021.
