Pallavi Mishra is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Scimplify since October 2024. Prior to this, Pallavi held the role of People and Culture at Groww, India, from April 2021 to October 2024, where efforts focused on enhancing hiring efficiencies and career development for Engineering, Product, and Design teams. Pallavi's earlier roles include multiple HR positions at BlackBuck, from July 2017 to April 2021, and HR Generalist at SmartOwner. Additionally, Pallavi has significant experience at ICICI Lombard, where HR business partnering covered Tamil Nadu and East India, and started with a Management Trainee role in HR. Pallavi holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from IBS Hyderabad and a BBA in Human Resources Management from ASBM University.
