Frank Kruyning has extensive experience in the legal and compliance sector, currently serving as General Counsel and Company Secretary as well as Head of Legal & Compliance at Scildon since 2005, overseeing all legal and compliance matters in the Netherlands. Prior to this role, Frank held positions including Compliance Officer and Chairman to the Board at Stichting Beleggersgiro Legal & General, and served as Legal Counsel at CenE Bankiers N.V. and Van Lanschot. Frank's legal career began as a lawyer in general civil practice at Cleerdin & Hamer Advocaten LLP and Signer & Kroon Advocaten. Frank holds a law degree from Leiden University and has additional qualifications from De Baak and Nova.
