Emmanuel Podaire currently serves as a Policy Officer for the SG RECOVER unit at the European Commission, focusing on France and RRF audits since October 2018. Previous roles include positions as a Policy Coordinator and Economic Analyst within DG TAXUD, as well as contributions to DG Defence, Industry and Space and the Secretariat-General of the European Commission. In addition, Emmanuel Podaire holds the position of External Lecturer at Sciences Po Lille, teaching a course on the European and Monetary Union. Past experience includes working as a Parliamentary Collaborator at Assemblée nationale and as an Intern at Toulouse Métropole. Emmanuel Podaire holds an MSc in Political Economy of Europe from The London School of Economics and Political Science and an MA in Public Policy from Sciences Po Toulouse.
