Michelle Merriman, BSN, RN, is a highly experienced clinical research professional currently serving as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Science 37 and UPMC since August 2021 and October 2017, respectively. Prior roles include Professional Staff Nurse in Medical-Surgical at Upmc Passavant and Staff Registered Nurse in Surgical Oncology at UPMC from 2006 to 2016. Michelle began their career in research as a Clinical Research Associate at the University of Pittsburgh and as an Administrative Assistant/Research Associate at Carnegie Mellon University, focusing on behavioral research related to melanoma and juvenile diabetes. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University and has degrees in Biology and Psychology from Allegheny College.
