Currently, Victoria is the Founder of Green Jay People | Culture | Coaching and also serves as Partner - In-Residence People & Culture at Science Creates. Previously, Victoria held the position of Principal HR Business Partner at BMT Defence Services Ltd and has also worked at companies such as Computershare, ThoughtWorks, and KPMG. Victoria has a Bachelor's degree in Classical and Ancient Studies from the University of Kent and has continued their education with CIPD qualifications.
