Clarissa Bird is a dedicated educator currently serving as a 2nd Grade Teacher at Science & Arts Academy since August 2023. Prior experience includes roles at The American College of Greece as an Instructor for the Pierce Leadership Academy, where courses focused on community change, storytelling, and the intersection of Greek myths with modern film. Clarissa also worked as a Primary School Teaching Fellow, collaborating in a bilingual kindergarten setting, and volunteered as an Assistant Language Teacher at SuCasa Ministries, aiding adult Spanish learners. Additional roles, such as Advocate at Hope Alliance and Digital Media Projects Coordinator for the Mike Curb Institute, showcase a commitment to community service and creative project leadership. Clarissa holds a BA in Psychology and Media Studies from Rhodes College, graduating in 2022.
