The Leadership Team at SCIDaR is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the organization, making key executive decisions, and ensuring that the institution's mission to accelerate positive health, social, and economic reforms is achieved efficiently. They oversee high-level program design and implementation, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive capacity building and research initiatives across human development sectors in Nigeria and other West and Central African countries.
