Laurie Young is currently an attorney at Schwegman Lundberg & Woessner. Laurie has also taught trademark law as an adjunct professor at William Mitchell College of Law and has authored a supplement for a Trademark Law and Policy text. Laurie's experience also includes working as a research assistant where they co-authored a teacher's manual for Trademark Law and Policy, edited and reviewed articles written by a professor, and assisted with research material for their articles. Laurie began their legal career as an intern at AEIOMed and the Louisiana 5th Circuit Court of Appeals before being hired as an associate at Nikolai.
Laurie Young received their Doctor of Jurisprudence from Louise S. McGehee and their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The George Washington University. Laurie is currently a Jur Doctor candidate at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, specializing in Intellectual Property Law.
