Steve Cina currently serves as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Paidly, an HR platform focused on supporting student loan repayment as an employee benefit. In this role, Steve is responsible for revenue growth and building partner relationships across the United States. Steve has also held positions as Senior Advisor at Schwartz Heslin Group, Inc., Chief Operating Officer at Passport For Good, and Sr. Director of Marketing & Sales at both IPVideo Corporation and A+ Technology & Security Solutions, where leadership in marketing and sales contributed to both new business growth and brand alignment with customer needs. Earlier experience includes strategic consulting with The Kalos Group and sales management at AlliedBarton Security Services and Pristine Capital Holdings, where Steve notably achieved the largest sales year for the company. Education was completed at Hofstra University.
