James Goss is an experienced professional with a strong background in multi-site management and logistics within the food industry. Currently serving as Regional General Manager at The Schwan Food Company since February 2004, James oversees Eastern US Distribution Centers and manages significant operational functions including shipping, receiving, inventory, and staff development, leading a team of 69 across multiple warehouses. Previously, James held positions at Dean Foods Corporate, where responsibilities included business analysis and process management, as well as general management of distribution centers with a focus on operational efficiency and employee training. James began professional career at Safety Kleen Corporation, managing distribution and inventory activities. Education includes a BS in Business Administration from Metro State University.
