Cansu Ozbalaban has extensive experience in the retail and human resources sectors, having worked at Schuurman Schoenen since June 2007 in various roles, including HR-medewerker, medewerker klantenservice, and verkoopmedewerker. Responsibilities have included advising customers, handling all cash register operations, processing incoming goods, and training new staff. Cansu also completed an internship at Start People from February 2009 to June 2009, focusing on recruitment, selection, and hour input. Cansu holds a degree from Saxion University of Applied Sciences and completed Havo at Twents Carmel College.
