Shawn T. Condon, MBA has over two decades of experience in the operations and manufacturing industry, holding various leadership roles at companies such as Dean Foods and currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Schuman Cheese. Additionally, Shawn T. is the President and CEO of Star Capital, LLC, focusing on residential and commercial real estate investment. Condon also serves on the board at Organic Valley and is currently pursuing a Master of Management degree in Strategic Management and Executive Leadership at Penn State University.
