Lauren Ilsley is an accomplished professional in creative partnerships, currently serving as Manager at F. Schumacher & Co. since April 2022, following roles as Junior Manager and Coordinator within the same department. Previously, Lauren held the position of Business Development Representative at The RealReal from October 2020 to March 2022 and completed a Strategy Internship at Vaudeville Ventures in 2019. Lauren earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Leadership Studies and American Studies from the University of Richmond, where studies spanned from 2016 to 2020, and is a graduate of Deerfield Academy, class of 2016.
