Shannon Drezek is an experienced professional in the elevator industry, currently serving as a Local Part Time Administrator for NEIEP since July 2024, supporting the Area Coordinator with daily operations and class management. Previously, Shannon has held multiple roles, including New Construction Mechanic at Schumacher Elevator Company and NEIEP Instructor with the National Elevator Industry Educational Program, where knowledge and safety are prioritized. Shannon's extensive background includes positions at Otis Elevator Co., KONE, and Schindler Elevator Corporation, ranging from field mechanic to superintendent. Additionally, Shannon served as an Elevator Inspector II for the Madison Fire Department and has a foundational background in elevator construction and mechanics with the International Union of Elevator Constructors Local 132.
