Ariele Cohen is a highly experienced legal professional with a strong focus on investment management. Currently serving as Special Counsel in the Investment Management Group at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP since March 2022, Ariele previously held significant roles at Prudential Financial as Vice President and Corporate Counsel, where responsibilities included acting as lead counsel for the Alternative Assets Group, and managing legal matters for various investment types. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at AIG, where Ariele provided legal support for private equity and hedge fund investments, and as an Associate at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, representing hedge funds and investment managers. Ariele's legal career began with a Judicial Law Clerk position at the Chancery Court, following the completion of a Juris Doctor degree at American University Washington College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Brandeis University.
