Mahima Kapila is an experienced Solutions Architect with a strong background in overseeing solution design deliveries across multiple banking projects. Currently employed at Schroders since March 2020, Mahima previously held the same title at Lloyds Banking Group from March 2015 to March 2020. Prior to that, Mahima worked at Tata Consultancy Services, contributing as a Lead Solutions Designer for the Banking Theme and a Solution Designer for the Sales Theme, focusing on enhancing online sales processes and user experience. Mahima began a career in technology as a Java/J2EE Developer/Designer on the Digital Galaxy Program, where innovative redesign efforts improved customer interaction with banking services. Mahima holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and completed high school at Bal Bharati Public School, Pitampura.
