Lydia Garratt currently serves as an Evidence and Learning Associate at Impact on Urban Health and holds the position of Associate at On Purpose London, where mid-level professionals engage in purpose-driven work placements in the social and environmental impact sectors. Lydia also contributes as an Investment Committee Member on the Advisory Board for Charity Authorised Investment Funds (CAIF) at Schroders. Prior experience includes a Springboard Associate role at Triodos Bank and various positions at Evelyn Partners, including Charities Investment Manager, Assistant Investment Manager, and Trainee Investment Manager. Previous roles include Case Analyst at RBS and Assistant Accountant at The New England Shutter Company Limited, along with an internship at Midrive. Lydia graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Politics from Durham University and completed high school at Wellington College.
