Reza Kashi is a highly experienced mechanical engineer specializing in automation, currently serving as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at SCHOTT MINIFAB since December 2019. In this role, Reza manages end-to-end automation projects, overseeing scoping, budgeting, and concept design approval from internal clients. Previously, Reza worked at Aglo Systems as a Mechanical Designer, focusing on custom lighting projects for luxury hotels and casinos. Additional experience includes positions at Bosch Australia as a Mechanical Designer, and as a Design Engineer at Parto dachak and Chistatech, contributing to the design of specialized machinery and inspection robots. Reza holds a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering (Biomechanics) and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Manufacturing and Production Engineering) from Amirkabir University of Technology - Tehran Polytechnic.
