Previous roles include Management Consulting Expert at Toptal, Senior Manager at Accenture's Talent & Organization Practice, and Senior Manager in People Advisory Services at EY, where Alpha led transformative change initiatives across the Energy and Tech sectors. Earlier career experiences at Capgemini focused on employee transformation and supply chain management.
