Wes Novack is a seasoned technology executive currently serving as SVP of Engineering at SchoolAI since September 2024, with a mission to enhance educational experiences. Previously, Wes held the role of Vice President of Engineering at Marq from August 2021 to September 2024, overseeing a diverse technology organization and expanding a five-person team to over 20 across the U.S. and Latin America. Prior to that, Wes served as Director of Engineering at Pluralsight, leading multiple teams to improve engineering efficiency. Wes's extensive career began as a Systems Architect at Verizon, focusing on enterprise-class server farms and high availability solutions, following early experience as a Systems Administrator at MCI Communications. Wes holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Western Governors University, earned between 2013 and 2015.
