David Monson is an experienced design professional with a strong background in UI/UX, currently serving as the Head of Design at Instawork since June 2021. With a diverse freelance career since 2015, David has researched and designed mobile and web experiences in various industries including payments technology, IoT, and education. Notable achievements include significantly improving design quality and efficiency at Lambda School and Symantec, leading teams on enterprise cybersecurity products, and creating comprehensive design systems. David also held significant roles in developing mobile applications and digital marketing strategies, and serves as a board member for the Utah-Qinghai EcoPartnership. David holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with multiple disciplines from Brigham Young University and completed an iOS Development bootcamp at Devmountain.
