Jemma Phibbs

CEO and Founder at School Space

Jemma Phibbs has held a variety of roles in the public and private sectors. From 2011 to 2018, they were the CEO and Founder of School Space, an organization that helps schools rent out underutilized facilities. In 2018, they were selected as one of 70 Young Innovation Leaders from 44 countries across Europe to be awarded the prestigious 2018 YTILI Fellowship by the German Marshall Fund of the United States. Jemma also served as a Trustee for Student Hubs in 2018. Additionally, from 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Clare College Fundraiser for a telephone campaign, raising over £250,000 and £350,000 respectively. In both 2013 and 2014, they were the "highest earner", raising over £60,000 personally as part of the £350,000 figure achieved by a team of 15-20 people.

Jemma Phibbs attended Wheatley Park from 2005 to 2011. Jemma then went on to receive a Bachelor of Arts in Theirtory from the University of Cambridge in 2014. In 2017, they completed the 10,000 Small Business Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, in the field of Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
