Allison Kavanaugh is an experienced educator currently serving as a 4th Grade English/Language Arts Teacher at the School of the Incarnation since August 2021. Prior to this role, Kavanaugh worked as a Special Education Teacher at The Summit School from August 2020 to June 2021 and held multiple positions at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic School, including Director of Inclusion and Academic Support and Special Education/Inclusion Teacher from August 2012 to August 2020. Kavanaugh has extensive experience advocating for students with special needs, developing Individualized Education Plans, and collaborating with educators and parents to enhance student support and inclusion in general education settings. Kavanaugh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Villanova University and a Master of Education in Special Education from Marymount University.
