Richard Ballinger has over 19 years of experience as an Orchestra Director at the School District of Indian River County since July 2004. Additionally, Richard served as a Training Specialist for Piper Aircraft in June to August 2018, contributing to the Quality Engineering and Training Department. Richard holds a Bachelor of Music degree from Florida Southern College, earned in April 2000, and completed a PPL in Aviation from Aviator College of Aeronautical Science & Technology in December 2021.
