Chava Pearl Lansky currently serves as an Associate Editor for Choices Magazine at Scholastic, beginning in October 2024. With extensive freelance writing experience since April 2019, Chava has contributed to various online and print publications, including Dance Magazine, Playbill, and New York Jewish Week, while also engaging in fact checking, proofreading, and ghostwriting. Prior roles include Content Producer for The Dance Edit Newsletter at Dance Media Publications, Interim Editor in Chief at Dance Teacher Magazine, and Associate Editor at Pointe Magazine. Chava holds an M.A. in Biography and Memoir from The Graduate Center, City University of New York, and a Bachelor of Arts in Dance with an English Minor from Barnard College. Early career experiences include positions at the Library of Congress and internships at notable dance festivals.
