Gary Hansen has over three decades of experience in technology and operations, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer at BI WORLDWIDE since May 1998, where responsibilities include overseeing technology infrastructure, product development, and services delivery, along with $35 million in P&L responsibility for technology services revenue. Prior to this role, Gary Hansen was the Business Applications Manager at Gateway, Inc. from 1994 to 1998, managing a team of over 60 developers and analysts in enterprise application planning. Additionally, Gary Hansen worked as the Systems & Programming Manager at the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology from 1990 to 1994, directing all systems and software development efforts. Gary Hansen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from South Dakota Mines, completed between 1981 and 1984, and attended Augustana University in 1980-1981.
