Schneiderman and Sherman, P.C. is looking for an experienced, Minnesota licensed, mortgage default attorney to join our growing practice.   This position will also include preparation of pleadings and other legal documentation in a fast-paced legal environment. Applying legal analysis and industry principles to requests for information, in a clear and concise manner. Experience in Minnesota Foreclosure Law and the ability to lead and manage projects and processes is a plus. 

Requirements:

• 3-8 years of experience as a licensed attorney
• State Bar of Minnesota license to practice law.
• Must have strong legal skills, be analytical and have the capacity to build relationships.
• Must have the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Traveling will be required to attend court, meetings and conferences
