Jill Allard, CPTD, has over 25 years of progressive experience in learning and development, quality assurance, and operations management. Currently serving as the Enterprise Learning & Development Manager at Schneider since 1997, Jill has successfully led enterprise-wide learning initiatives, managed high-potential programs, and conducted multi-day training sessions on Emotional Intelligence for leaders. Previous roles include Quality Design & ISO Business Transformation Analyst, where Jill transitioned the company to ISO 9001:2008 and managed quality audits, and Sr. Training & Development Specialist, focusing on logistics training programs. Earlier experiences also include logistics coordination and operational management at Horizon Systems Machining and Domino's Pizza, Inc. Jill's extensive background is complemented by strong leadership and analytical skills.
