Throughout their career, Aaron has held roles such as Director of Operations, Operations Manager, Area Manager, District Manager, Regional Director of Operations, Terminal Manager, Divisional Recruiting Manager, Driver Business Leader, and Service Account Manager.

Aaron M. Robinson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Communication with a focus on Pre-Law Studies from California State University, Monterey Bay, graduating in 2007. Aaron M. then pursued a Master's degree in Youth and Family Ministries from Indiana Wesleyan University from 2013 to 2015. Finally, in 2021, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Inclusion and Diversity from Ashford University's Forbes School of Business & Technology.
