Ori Edelstein is a partner at the Schneider Wallace Cottrell Konecky Bay Area office. Oriās practice focuses on complex litigation, with an emphasis on representing employees in employment class actions. He also represents individuals bringing claims of discrimination, sexual harassment, and wrongful termination.
Ori graduated from Georgetown University Law Center in 2009 and has an undergraduate degree in economics from the University of California, Berkeley. During law school, Ori was a judicial intern for the Honorable Mary Ellen Coster Williams of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. He also spent a year in the DC Law Students in Court clinic handling landlord-tenant cases.
Ori is admitted to practice before all state courts in California, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Northern Districts of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Prior to joining the firm, Ori developed extensive employment law experience in cases involving wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and retaliation. Ori has successfully represented clients in state and federal court, as well as in mediation, arbitrations, and administrative actions.
