Jalin Fitzgerald is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service, talent management, and team leadership. Currently serving as a Tryer Lab Partner at Starbucks since January 2022, Jalin contributes to global decision-making by generating data and feedback while collaborating with product managers. Concurrently, Jalin holds the position of Vice President of Talent Management at AIESEC in Seattle, coordinating recruitment and events to enhance member engagement.
