Enrique Villarreal is an accomplished Mechanical Engineer with a robust background in modernization and retrofitting of electrical systems. Currently part of the Modernization & Retrofill Group at Schneider Electric since January 2025, Enrique leads mechanical system design and optimization initiatives. Prior experience includes critical roles at Electronic Power Design, driving mechanical design optimizations and manufacturing support, notably for Schneider Electric's flagship ‘Victory’ project and managing high-profile projects such as the NASA Retrofit of Crane Power Control Systems. Enrique's educational qualifications include a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Houston, complemented by internships and research assistant positions that highlight expertise in advanced materials and microfabrication.
