Milena Nešić has a diverse work experience in the field of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and project engineering. Milena is currently working as a Project Engineer III at Schneider Electric Hub since October 2022. Before that, they worked as a Senior GIS Engineer at Sweco from August 2021 to October 2022. Prior to that, they were a GIS Specialist at GeoGIS Consultants from February 2020 to August 2021. Milena also held the position of GIS Team Lead at Jugo-Istok Evrope Engineering from August 2016 to February 2020. Milena worked as a Consultant for the development of a digital cadastral plan at the Republic Geodetic Authority from March 2016 to July 2016. Additionally, they worked as a GIS Technician at GeoGIS Consultants from November 2015 to February 2016.

Milena Nešić has a Master's degree in Geoinformatics from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Civil Engineering. Milena pursued this degree from 2013 to 2015. Prior to their Master's degree, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Geodesy and geoinformatics from the same university. Their undergraduate studies took place from 2010 to 2013.
