Sihao Huang currently serves as a Technology and Security Policy Fellow at RAND Corporation and as a Special Assistant at Schmidt Futures. Sihao held leadership roles at Aphelion Orbitals, overseeing the development of an innovative nanosatellite launch system, and contributed significantly to various research projects at the MIT Media Lab and MIT Research Laboratory of Electronics. Sihao's academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Politics from the University of Oxford, a Master in Global Affairs from Schwarzman Scholars, and a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
