Phil Weston has extensive experience in managerial roles within the mining and construction sectors. Since January 2021, Phil has served as Workshop Manager at Schlam, previously holding multiple leadership positions at Komatsu Mining from March 2012 to January 2021. These roles included AHS Conversion Supervisor, overseeing the conversion of manual trucks to autonomous vehicles; Reman Production Supervisor, leading the repair and rebuilding of mining machine components; and Truck Build Supervisor, managing a diverse team in the production of electric dump trucks. Prior to this, Phil was a Construction Supervisor at Komatsu Australia from August 2011 to March 2012, responsible for leading teams in customizing construction machines to meet client specifications.
