Sanda-Elena Dodan has a diverse work experience, starting in 2007 as a Team Lead Front Office at Société Générale, where they were responsible for capacity planning, recruitment, and leading the team. Sanda-Elena then worked as a Junior Consultant at Energyquote JHA London, analyzing clients' portfolios and providing recommendations on energy/gas contracts. Sanda-Elena later joined Xerox as a Time&attendance Specialist for Motorola Germany, handling payroll calculations and system updates. Sanda-Elena also worked as a Learning Specialist for Xerox, managing learning events and acting as a point of contact for queries. At Amazon, Sanda-Elena served as a Digital Imaging Specialist, focusing on image quality, team management, and performance improvement. Sanda-Elena then moved to E.ON Business Services as a Learning Delivery Expert, handling learning queries for German and Romanian employees. Most recently, Sanda-Elena has joined the Schindler Group, first as a Global HR Solutions Manager and currently as the Lead Global HR Solutions Support.
Sanda-Elena Dodan completed their Bachelor of Arts in Philology with a focus on French and German language and literature at "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" University in Iaşi, Romania from 2003 to 2007. During the same period, they also graduated from the psycho-pedagogical module in the Faculty of Letters within the Teaching Training Department at the same university. Additionally, they received an Erasmus-Socrates scholarship and studied at the University of Konstanz in Germany from 2005 to 2006. Before attending university, Sanda-Elena Dodan obtained their European Baccalaureate (German Abitur) with a focus on Foreign Languages from National College "BP Hasdeu" in Buzău, Romania from 1999 to 2003. Besides their formal education, they have obtained various certifications from SAP, including SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management, and an Inbound Certified certification from HubSpot.
