Andrew Daigneau has been working as the Controller-Scherer Construction of West FL at Scherer Construction since July 1993. Prior to that, Andrew held the position of Controller/Office Manager at Dick Mitchell Electric from 1979 to 1993. Andrew attended Seminole High School from 1962 to 1965 and later earned a BS in Accounting and Business/Management from Tampa College/USF.
