Ray McKiver is a certified training specialist at the Scheduling Institute since May 2019, providing professional development and training services. Previous experience includes serving as a math intervention instructor at Isaac Litton Middle School from January 2018 to May 2019, where responsibilities involved teaching a tiered math intervention class and overseeing math instruction for grades 5-8. McKiver was a 7th grade math and science teacher at Isaac Litton Middle School from September 2014 to July 2017, and also coached the boy's soccer team and led a songwriting club. At Liberty Collegiate Academy, McKiver developed the 6th-grade curriculum and achieved an 88% pass rate on the 2014 state standardized test. Additional roles include campus campaign coordinator for Teach for America, conference coordinator at James Madison University, and organizational management intern at Harrisonburg Downtown Renaissance. McKiver holds a B.A. in Communication Studies with a focus on Music Industry from James Madison University, completed in 2013.
