Christina Lewis began their career in 2007 as an Administrative Assistant for the Montana State Division of Graduate Education. In this role, they handled student inquiries by phone and walk-in, assisted in administrative tasks such as mail, answering phone calls, filing paperwork and student applications, and helped promote the graduate division to students on and off campus.
In 2009, they joined Schedulicity as the Director of Quality Engineering. In this role, they were a champion of quality and operational excellence, responsible for the end-to-end ownership of a QA team, setting the technical vision for developing test frameworks and automation for their systems, managing the QA budget, and facilitating the building of a comprehensive suite of reusable and automated test cases.
In addition, they also held roles as Production Support Manager and Quality Assurance Manager. As Quality Assurance Manager, they were responsible for the quality of the Schedulicity application released to users, had a thorough knowledge of the application and its integrated partners, created test plans for new and existing functionality, examined the application to ensure it was “relatively bug-free” for releases and hotfixes, categorized and prioritized bugs, and maintained a bug list within Jira.
Finally, they were also a Customer Service Representative, answering customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone, recording client inquiries, and managing client records.
Christina Lewis attended Montana State University-Bozeman from 2006 to 2009, where they earned a degree in Business with a focus in Marketing.
