Steve Kallsen is an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager with a robust background in customer success and account management across various industries, notably in technology and SaaS. Currently at Kaltura since April 2022, Steve previously held roles at BetterCloud, FinancialForce, AccuLynx.com, and Oracle, demonstrating a strong focus on enhancing customer engagement, driving business adoption, and maximizing the utility of technology solutions. Steve's leadership experiences also extend to entrepreneurship as the President and Owner of Re-Mod Construction, alongside serving as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Huber Companies Inc. Steve holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Mass Communications and Biomedical Sciences from St. Cloud State University.
