Edgars Rakovskis is a seasoned music industry professional with extensive experience as a mentor, voting and associate member of The Recording Academy, and various roles in music production and education. Since May 2017, Edgars has served as a Music Industry Mentor at the GRAMMY U mentorship program while also being actively involved as a voting and associate member of The Recording Academy. Current roles include Composer, Producer, Sound Designer, and Mixing Engineer at Fearless Harmonies, and Marketing Manager at Rock Distribution, focusing on digital presence and analytics. Edgars has a long-standing affiliation with Schecter Guitar Research and Dunlop Manufacturing, Inc. as an endorsed artist. Additionally, Edgars has contributed to the academic field as a lecturer at Latvijas Kultūras koledža, sharing insights on music management psychology. Engagement in charitable efforts as a board member for "Līdzskaņa" highlights a commitment to supporting struggling artists. Edgars holds a Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy from Latvijas Universitate.
