Eszter Arató currently serves as the Compliance Manager at Constructor Group, an all-in-one platform for education and research, since December 2022. Previously, Eszter held the position of Vice President Compliance at BlackRock, overseeing compliance activities in the Budapest office from December 2019 to December 2022. Prior to that, Eszter was the Head of Compliance and Data Protection Officer at Ultinous (2017-2019) and also served as the Head of Service Delivery. Eszter took a sabbatical from December 2015 to May 2017 for self-development, focusing on statistics and the Russian language. Other roles include Head of CEO's Office at CEH Planning, Head of Internal Control at GDF SUEZ, and positions at E-Star Alternative Plc and Telekom HU, spanning various compliance, customer service, and data privacy responsibilities. Eszter holds a BSc in Computer Science and Technology, specializing in IT Security, from Gabor Denes Muszaki Foiskola, completed in 2004.
