Vinod Acharya is an experienced professional in the field of purchasing and supply chain management, currently serving as Vice President Purchase at Schaeffler. Previously, Vinod held multiple leadership roles at Schaeffler India, including General Manager Head Automotive Purchasing and General Manager Head Business Unit Purchasing, as well as Deputy General Manager Head Supplier Development & SQE. Additional experience includes serving as Head of Supplier Technical Assistance at Lear Corporation and holding various executive positions at Cummins Inc. and Cummins Turbo Technologies, including Six Sigma Black Belt - Executive Manager. Vinod Acharya holds a Master of Science in Manufacturing Management and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology, both from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
