Bobby Rios has an extensive work experience starting from 2010. Bobby began as an Intern for Radio Promotions at Sony Records - Columbia/Epic in 2010. In 2014, they worked as an AmeriCorps Member at City Year. In 2015, they joined Rent The Runway as a Junior Associate. Later that year, they joined Scentbird, where they held various roles. Bobby started as a Customer Support Agent and then advanced to Senior Customer Support Agent. From 2019 to 2021, they served as a Quality Assurance CS Lead, where they created guidelines and statistical feedback systems. Currently, Bobby is the Chargeback Support Manager at Scentbird.
Bobby Rios obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Marist College, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a certification in Art and Advertising Design from Marist College in August 2011. Recently, they have obtained several certifications including "Evaluating Your Growth as a Leader" and "Learning Salesforce for Admins" from LinkedIn in October 2022, and "Be the Manager People Won't Leave" from LinkedIn in September 2022. Bobby also obtained a certification in "Preventing Discrimination & Harassment: NY Managers V3.4" from Traliant in September 2022.
